Excellence Carbon Steel Non Stick Mini Wok 20cm

A lightweight carbon steel wok finished with a robust long-lasting three layer non-stick coating designed for stir-frying at high temperatures and with less oil.

With a 20cm diameter, this mini wok has an ideal capacity for cooking for 1 – 2 people. It’s design allows you to start cooking almost immediately and the non-stick coating makes cleaning up just as quick and easy as it is to cook up a tasty meal.

Superior non-stick coating

The superior non-stick coating ensures the wok is ready to use from the moment it arrives. Simply give it a quick wash, dry thoroughly and start cooking. When ready to start cooking, place the wok centrally over the hob ring, add oil and heat on a medium high setting. Once the oil starts smoking you’re ready to start cooking.

Black phenolic handle

The black phenolic handle reduces heat conductivity making it easy to pick up and carry. Secured via two rivets to ensure you always have a sturdy handle that won’t come loose. Finished with a hanging loop for easy storage.

Flat base / Suitable for cooking on all hob types

The flat base ensures the wok is well-balanced so doesn’t topple over when sat on the hob. It is also suitable for cooking on all hob types including gas, electric, ceramic and induction.

Dishwasher Safe

Dishwasher safe although it is advisable to remove it once the cycle is finished and dry it by hand using a clean, soft cloth. If washing by hand, do not use scouring powder, abrasives or metal scourers as they may damage the non-stick coating. Thoroughly dry with a clean cloth.
