Will ProWare Copper pans work on an induction hob?

No, our Copper pans will not work on induction due to the fact Copper is not magnetic however they will work on all other hobs and in the oven. ProWare Stainless steel ranges will work on induction.

Will ProWare Copper pans tarnish?

Yes, the stunning copper exterior of the pans will naturally change colour over time and tarnishing does not affect the performance of the cookware in use. Copper cleaning products are available which will help to restore the colour of the pans.

What size is the Copper Tri-ply Mini pan?

It is 9cm in width and has a capacity of 0.35 litres. Traditionally it is a butter pan and is the perfect size for making sauces, cooking individual recipes and as a serving pan from kitchen to table.

Can ProWare Copper pans go in the oven and dishwasher?

Yes, our Copper pans are oven safe to 260°C and they are dishwasher safe.
