Version 1 of the product had a small design fault that made some items difficult to open. We are happy to announce that for the latest version of this product, we have eliminated this issue. Our latest version works perfectly.

How robust is the product?

Unlike similar wands, our product is reinforced with PC materials for extra impact resistance. However, as with all toys, the product should not be thrown or hit against a hard surface to avoid breakage

Is the toy suitable for children with special needs?

Yes! Like all LoveHugs toys, the product is perfect for children with special needs. It is reinforced with PC materials for extra impact resistance and fully safety tested to European Toy Safety Standards EN71-1/2/3 and US ASTM standards.

Why does the product have some negative reviews?

Please ensure that fully charged brand new AA batteries are inserted into the product. If the batteries are low or depleted, the product will not function properly.
