This relaxing aromatherapy Sleep Tight Massage Oil is a blend of 100% natural cold pressed grapeseed oil, natural vitamin E, and pure essential oils. It is a lovely light oil which is easily absorbed into the skin leaving your skin feeling soft, moisturised and delicately perfumed.

The floral herbaceous scent of lavender mixed with the herbal aroma of roman chamomile is a calming and relaxing aromatherapy blend which will help soothe you to sleep.

Apply only before going to bed as these oils contain a natural sedative.

Active Ingredients and Their Known Benefits

Grapeseed Oil – a light and highly moisturising oil derived from the seeds of grapes. This oil absorbs very quickly into the pores of the skin, making this an excellent oil for a variety of skin care applications. It is hypo-allergenic, while being rich in vitamin E and essential fatty acids and linoleic acid (omega 6 essential fatty acids). Grapeseed helps repair damaged and stressed tissues because it possesses regenerative and restructuring qualities.Vitamin E – one of the most powerful antioxidants. As well as having great cell renewal properties, vitamin E also protects and repairs your skin by neutralising the oxidant effect of free radicals, which are the molecules that damage collagen causing skin dryness, fine lines and wrinkles.Lavender – calming, relaxing, soothing and rejuvenating. Helps relax and soothe the mind and body. Also has natural antiseptic and antibacterial properties.Roman Chamomile – a calming natural sedative oil which helps with sleeplessness and irritability and is highly respected for its calming influence on all systems of the body. Also has soothing and calming skincare properties. Furthermore, being a natural anti-inflammatory makes it perfect for treating sore, dry, sensitive, inflamed and irritated skin.

Directions: Massage into skin as required before bed. Apply only before going to bed as these oils contain a natural sedative. You may either apply the massage oil to your hands first or spray it directly onto the skin. Massage in circular and sweeping movements towards the heart.
