Please check when buying pads. I assumed all were memory foam (which black ones are) but purchased the purple ones and they are hard foams (like polystyrene). Have pain in one’s and this is not suitable at all. The memory foam ones I’m hoping are better. Have used black ones at the gym, was hoping to get different colour so didn’t get mixed up when at gym- but only appears the black ones are memory foam. A shame really as the right material ones are perfect for knee cushion!

    The media could not be loaded.

    It is firm. Not too soft. Good for knee pressure since the Your knee won't hit the floor. Probably not great if you are looking for something more malleable.

    My use case was to remove any pressure from my hip bursa. The product is a little too firm for that, but if I get the tender spot in the divet of the pad it can help. If my bursa is extra sore I can use both pads slightly apart so the tender spot is in between the two pads.

    They are flat on the bottom and very stable. They don't slip on my cork mat.
